Empowering Builders of Tomorrow: Donya Charity Mission Partners with NCA to Upskill Kisii Construction Workers.
In a groundbreaking collaboration, the Donya Charity Mission, in partnership with the National Construction Authority (NCA), launched a transformative Upskilling and Accreditation Program in Kisii County. This initiative aims to empower construction workers and site supervisors with industry-relevant skills and official certifications.
Implemented across all nine constituencies in Kisii County, the program focused on equipping both skilled and semi-skilled professionals with advanced competencies to enhance their productivity, employability, and competitiveness in the construction industry.
More than 4,000 workers successfully completed the training and received NCA certification—marking a major stride in elevating construction standards and driving economic development within the region.
This impactful initiative underscores the Donya Charity Mission’s unwavering commitment to sustainable development, youth empowerment, and capacity building, fostering a brighter, more skilled future for Kisii County.
